Notice of Nondiscrimination (Title IX)

New York City Autism Charter Schools (NYCACS) does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any education program or activity it operates, including in admissions and employment, as required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and its implementing regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106). This applies at both of our schools, NYCACS Bronx and NYCACS East Harlem.

Sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, is prohibited. Any person may report sex discrimination or sexual harassment, whether or not they are the person affected, at any time, including during non-business hours, by contacting the Title IX Coordinator in person, by mail, by phone, or by email.

Questions about the application of Title IX may be directed to the NYCACS Title IX Coordinator, to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Education, or to both.
