Mark Saretsky has served as CFO at the NYC Autism Charter School for nearly 7 years. Mark has over 20 years of experience in financial management, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to his current role, Mark was the Director of Planning and Budgeting for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Mark held several planning and finance related positions in his 15 years at TIAA-CREF. Mark managed budgets in excess of $400 million in his role as Director of Budget and Expense Management for the Shared Services area of TIAA-CREF. Additionally, as Second-Vice President at TIAA-CREF he was responsible for the development of budgets and financial objectives for the non-pension lines of business. Mark also owned and operated a small chain of retail ice cream stores in the New York area. Mark earned a B.B.A. at the College of Insurance, St. Johns University.
